Food arrived on time , not sufficient for my company event , 55pax + additional 10pax rice was barely enough when i only have 45pax of people . the additional rice came in the set up but no fire was given , rice was room temp on the colder side not ... More hot/warm . disappointed that the reason give was this the norm .

Food is ok , curry veg is alittle on the salty side but still acceptable . Make sure you check your orders, as my additional rice was also a wrong flavour .

If ordering for blue collar workers maybe this is not suitable as portion size might not be sufficient .

Customer service was good , accommodated that we change rice to 50%-50% diff flavours to have more variety for the employees. order buffet for 60Pax , with the addition of extra 30Pax for rice , it seems sufficient for about 50pax workers ... More .

Arrived on time and set up is neat and clean .

The only down side is the delivery & surcharge to Tuas .

Nice buffet , maybe need to provide more food for workers .

We have around only 50pax , ordered for 60pax . The Catering company very accommodating for our last min Order.

However the rice really still very insufficient for our workers (about 5 workers no rice , scrapped clean already ) , even when have ... More feedback stating need more for workers, still less than ideal . Maybe can give more rice as blue collar workers really need more rice .

Overall a very nice experience with Liang Catering .

From the point of ordering to delivery customer service end was very helpful . They were very accommodating in twerking of the menu .

Upon the delivery was the start of my nightmare , when i saw the set up was so small i even asked the delivery ... More man if it was sufficient for 50pax he say confirm enough.

When my bosses saw the set up they was also shocked on how little the amount of food was , i quickly feedback to the customer service who replied very swiftly , however she get back with answer that we give 1.3times per pax , should be sufficient . (saying that if we have many foreign worker can highlight to them , so they can give more rice/noodles)

Counting the cakes she revert back to us that there was 60pcs, which also don't make the 1.3 times per pax. We will very short changed with the quantity of food provided for 50pax . We have order food previous years with other caterers , rice/ noodles always have left over. Do note that even the water given was also the smallest cooler i have seen for a buffet set up , and caterer mentioned it servers 70pax .

In the end the buffet probably only fed 43pax with 1 serving each. From the people who ate they say that food was ok , acceptable taste wise .
