We order 30pax but the food coming like no enough for 30pax compare with other buffet we order last times... abit disappointed and feel paisei to my guest cause not enough...

Unpleasant order process when I realised that the price I'm paying for 30Pax mini buffet (7 dishes; without set up, warmers, return collection) is the same as a normal buffet for 30pax ( 10 dishes and all the frills). I was not informed by the order staff of the ridiculous price that I was paying for less! For 30 pax and less trouble for them, I should be getting a normal buffet to be fair.

Felt seriously shortchanged and experience was worsened by the unconvincing explanation by the support staff. (It's the management pricing setting no choice. ) to make things worse, the order staff messed up my request to increase pax and insisted it's a decrease of number of pax despite she quoted me the final figure of the increased number. In the end, I have to go to the mall to get more food for my guests.

Food is ok, but seriously the company needs to work on crisis management and customer service to retain customers. First of all, review your mini buffet and normal buffet. Train your staff to advise customers on what they are getting and not trying to pull a fast one.

Abit disappointed with their service . Overall food taste not bad.
To avoid waste the food i ask them about the food portion.,they told me is ratio 1.5. My guest is only 30 peoples, I order 30pax, that should me more than enough.
BUT when the food is really too littile, (seaweed chicken in photo is added by myself)...crystall dumpling, tempura prawn, fruit tart etc all only 32-34pcs... curry chicken also not much...this is not 1.5 ratio...only pipeapple rice is enough. End up I have to spend more money to order pizzahut delivery.
I put event 5.30pm start, been informed that 9.30pm is collection time.
However they deliver at 4.30pm, and told me collect at 8.30pm. So I told him no, still too early....after agreement, said 9.30pm collect. But 9.05pm already come to collect.
Overall I feel disappointed for 1st try order....will not order from them again.

This is our first time order from ecreative catering, 10.20am, staff called & confirm our order & set up time by 11am. But the deliver reach us by 12pm, after set up is 12.30pm & they told me the reason is they has another set up at Army camp, need register before enter to the camp (from what we know, entry to camp always need to be arrive earlier, since need register before entre)
My boss & customer are waiting since 11.30am, as we had prayer for Zhongyuan Festival at this date every year @ 12pm. Boss angry & scolded me. It's really shame..
We will not order from ecreative catering anymore.

First time trying this caterer. Was a bit disappointed when guests started to feedback that the food is cold and that the prawns are not fresh. I personally do not like the blackcurrant drink as it tastes like medicine to me. Should have gotten something more neutral instead. The spring rolls are soggy and difficult to chew. Chicken curry and bee Hoon not bad but my favourite is the sweet and sour fish. Delivery was on schedule and setup was done in a speedily manner. However they didn't provide sufficient cutleries and paper napkins. Portion was huge for all the food except for the beverage. Will recommend to supply own drinks just in case.

1. The whole tray of Curry Chicken with only 2 pieces of potatoes.

2. Also just to ask if your organization usually only place 1 sterno for a full tray of food as the food was not warm by the side even when we close the lid? All foods turned cold in less than an hour. By the time our guest arrived in between 2.30pm to 3.30pm, the Lo Han Chye and Thai Style Fish already spoil and turned sour.

Have been receiving complaints from guests since that day till today, it's embarrassing as this was the worst buffet I've ever ordered.

We would like to give our negative feedback from our yesterday catering, 5.30pm session;

1) the spring roll came is cold and the water vapor make the spring roll soft (came too early)
1.5hr before my guests arrived

2) Baby Kai Lan (vegetables) too salty

3) Ang ku Kueh the skin so thick and harden

4) Delivery man is rude, no manner, not polite and unfriendly

5) On 30th June, Friday has informed Office lady catering change to 5.30pm and she agreed but come at 4.25pm.

In short, we would like to request for complimentary mini buffet

Here are our negative feedback on yesterday catering, 1130 session;

1) Setup: placement of plate, bowl and cup were blowing (wind too strong) over the floor.

2) Setup: ballon burst after delivery man went off

3) Ang ku Kueh the skin so thick and harden

4) Delivery man came early as 1040am whereby 30th June office lady called and we informed changing timing to 1130am and she agreed

5) Delivery man is rude, no manner, not polite and unfriendly

We would like to request for complimentary mini free buffet

Very disappointed as the caterer forgot to bring the cups. Cups only arrived 30mins after my event started. Did not inform me that cups was missing until my event started. Could not contact caterer to get updates. Food was okay only. Food presentation was quite alright.

Gave this caterer a try because the menu was different from the others. Buffet presentation was pretty good but the food was just average, starting from the food portions to the taste. Food was delivered before 5 (arranged time from 5-6) but the collection was too late at 10.40pm even though they stated the last collection time would be at 10pm.
