1. The whole tray of Curry Chicken with only 2 pieces of potatoes.

2. Also just to ask if your organization usually only place 1 sterno for a full tray of food as the food was not warm by the side even when we close the lid? All foods turned cold ... More
in less than an hour. By the time our guest arrived in between 2.30pm to 3.30pm, the Lo Han Chye and Thai Style Fish already spoil and turned sour.

Have been receiving complaints from guests since that day till today, it's embarrassing as this was the worst buffet I've ever ordered.
