This was my first experience with Foodline.sg - a surprised find when I was scouting for a caterer for my church event. In the past I always contacted the caterer directly and this was the first time I ordered via an agent. The entire experience was incredibly pleasant - my every question was swiftly answered to my full satisfaction; order processing and acknowledgement was swift; delivery was punctual: and the food and hot tea from ECREATIVE CATERING PTE LTD were in big volume and yummy! All present were thumbs up for the food and service. Foodline.sg will be my only caterer from now on! My second time ordering. Food is delicious as always, especially the salted egg chicken. My favourite, so yummy. However, didnt get the full buffet setup this time round so the Hong Siew Tofu W Mushroom was starting to taste funny towards the end of the event. (But this is understandable as it was after long hours)

If not getting the full buffet setup, best to consume within 2-3 hours. If your event is long hours, better to get their full buffet setup.

Overall, food is amazing will order again for next event!

Food was alright. Delivery was on time. Ordered many times. Will recommend for all to try. Beehoon and curry was a nice combi

The salted egg chicken was flavouful, but it is quite hard, which made it tough to chew. Overall the food are nice and portion was enough.

there is 3 dessert provided, but limited to 1 each per dessert, all my guest like the Pineapple fried rice, Potato salad is too huge in pieces, left over almost 90%, the rest of the dishes still ok

Second time order from this caterer but this time there was a hiccup. The otak pocket pau was delivered without otak, a disappointment to my guests. Feedback to caterer and they offered a refund for the dish.

Food arrived much earlier than scheduled but thankfully was at a comfortable temperature for consumption when dinner commenced.
For a one-man effort, setup was well done other than the missing food tags.
Overall food was nice but the chicken, fish, vegetables, har gow were slightly too tough to bite.

First time ordering from them after reading many good reviews. Ordered 30 paxes for my son's 21st birthday at 5.30pm but food portions are sufficient for 39 people (except tropical fruit punch) and buffet arrived at 4.45pm by a polite chinese delivery man. Received good feedbacks from guests except broccoli with mushroom. A couple of guests said it was bland and tasteless without any gravy or seasoning and tropical fruit punch was too sweet. Many guests mentioned that the yam paste with ginkgo nuts was exceptionally nice. The same delivery man came around 9.30pm for collection. Overall great experience with this caterer.
