The taste of the food was generally good, other than the chicken chop with mushroom sauce being a little too salty.
Portion wise was generally sufficient except for the desserts (assorted pastries and bo bo cha cha) which was exact with no extra ... More for second helpings.
Rilassi's POC Ling was very prompt and helpful with her replies and that was really much appreciated.

Food arrived much earlier than scheduled but thankfully was at a comfortable temperature for consumption when dinner commenced.
For a one-man effort, setup was well done other than the missing food tags.
Overall food was nice but the chicken, ... More fish, vegetables, har gow were slightly too tough to bite.

Delivery arrived earlier than I expected and the staff commenced setup promptly and swiftly.
Food portion: Not really sufficient for 45 pax
Taste: All the dishes were good and raved about except for the Broccoli with Mushroom which we could not ... More finish as it did not taste good - not sure if it was the sauce that was too bland or the ingredients of the dish just did not blend well together. The Foo Yong Egg was not very tasty too.

Catering arrived on time which was a good start and food looked presentable. The dishes generally tasted ok except for the fried hokkien noodles which all my guests feedback was too salty. Was looking forward to the bo bo cha cha but was quite ... More disappointed with the lack of ingredients inside.

The mini cheesecakes and mini tartlets were really good! Taste was comparable to those I had at restaurants. I will definitely order from The Bakers again. Hope they maintain their standard and prices.

Food too salty, dessert too sweet. Cold platter portion was rather miserable. Food really needs improvement.

The seasoning for all the dishes were too overpowering. All the savoury dishes, including the soup, were super salty, while the dessert was too sweet.

Food arrived cold and was generally too salty. Other than the thai pineapple rice and takoyaki, the portions for the other dishes appeared rather miserable.

Quality of dishes were comparable to my previous catering experiences, not fantastic but acceptable. However, due to the late delivery and rushed setup, the food was not warm when my guests consumed and there were no placards to indicate the names ... More of the dishes.

Also, the service of the office personnel was unacceptable. They were not responsive to calls and emails, and did not relay my instructions to the driver, which resulted in me incurring unnecessary international call charges.
