“The food portion was just okay — only the prawn paste chicken mid joint and spring roll & fried Ngoh Hiang portion was too little. We had informed him that it should be ready by 6pm, but it was delivered too early at 5.20pm.

Disappointed with the food this time round. Chicken curry was overcooked & become shredded chicken & mashed potatoes at the end. The fish skin on top of salted fish is just a few pieces and the fish is just mostly flour. Brocoli is tasteless with the sauce just poured on top upon arrival. Eclair is actually cream puff as per picture.

Disappointed with eCreative. I ordered buffet for 75 pax for 10 Aug delivery. but got shortchanged. Food probably feeds 60 pax only.

First of all with the delivery.

If u see from the picture, food should be ready for guest to eat at 530ish, but the delivery team turned up only after 630pm. The delivery team told me they do not know where the chalet is, and can't find the place. I even have to talk to the delivery team over the phone several times and ended up had to walk out to the guard house to go guide them in.

After all the setup up and warm up, my guest could only start at 7pm. ?

Next with the food.

The lemon fish was dry and can't even taste any lemon.
The butter prawn was also tasteless. The prawn was not fresh. Then the crispy seafood tofu, totally over cooked. So hard.

And based past experience with ordering of buffet by me and friends, I would like to say that I am short- changed. The food was definitely not for 75 pax.I have to say they did provide abt close to 80 pcs of éclairs n full tray of fried rice and beehoon. But sad to say, rest was not even for 75 pax. So average for 60 pax.

I am definitely not going to order from ecreative again considering being shortchanged and horrible delivery service.

The food is average this time for this caterer. I have ordered a few times before and the food is good. Maybe they have changed chef already.

Looking Forward to Improvements
This is not my first time ordering food from eCreative Caterer. However, this recent order was disappointing in comparison to previous experiences.

Portion Size: The food portions were noticeably smaller. I had ordered for 30 people, but only 25 attended — yet the food was clearly insufficient.

Yam Paste with Ginkgo Nuts: This was especially disappointing. The texture was extremely diluted, with a lot of liquid but barely any yam paste. This used to be one of our favourite dishes, but it fell short this time.

Wheat Prawns: The dish lacked the usual wheat topping, which is where much of the flavour and fragrance comes from. It felt incomplete and less appetising.

Prawn Paste Chicken Mid-Joint Wings: These were slightly over-fried, very dry, and lacked flavour — the seasoning didn’t come through.

I hope this feedback is helpful, and I sincerely look forward to improvements in future orders.

Food came really early and was cold to the touch. did not enjoy the whole experience. caterer did not follow proposed delivery timing and insisted on delivering earlier. will not recommend this to others.

Ordered from ECreative Catering Pte Ltd via FoodLine and was very disappointed.

Food Quality:

Hong Kong Fried Noodles were unevenly cooked – some parts undercooked and hard. Ended up with lots of leftovers.

Golden Salted Egg Fish was extremely hard to bite and chew, making it inedible for most guests.

Golden Egg Beancurd was bland and tasteless, also left untouched.

Signature Curry Chicken was mostly bone and no meat.

Service:
Customer service was nonchalant and unhelpful. The buffet setup looked nothing like the nice managment photos as compared to on the site, no tags for each dishes, no flower deco unlike other photos. – no effort to make it aesthetic for a birthday party, just put and go only. not professionally decorated. The delivery driver also arrived much earlier than agreed time, so the food sat out for 1.5 hours before guests arrived, turning stale. Paper cups and plates also never provide enough. I have to top up my own.

Value:
The price was high, and delivery fee was $70 compared to other caterers at around $40. For the quality and service, this was not worth it.

Overall: This was a disappointing experience and I will not order from this caterer again. It ruined my birthday party!

Driver arrived on time and set up promptly.
Food was average and luke warm upon arrival. Prawn paste chicken wing was a disaster, not sure what kind of coloring was used, looked odd and over fried, no prawn paste taste at all. Crispy tofu not crispy at all, yakitori was terrible and cereal fish just big coat of flour (but cereal was fried well). I was mislead by the name cheng teng, i thought we will be getting traditional cheng teng, but mainly sugar water and weird taste and canned longan was used.
Great food were Sin Chow bee hoon- did not look appetising but tasty. Otah was the best, juicy and baked just right. Broccoli with scallops was the next best dishes that everyone praised.
I hope eCreative could improve on those items which are not done well. This was my 2nd order and i hope i won't be disappointed again.

The delivery was way too early than agreed. Event start time was 1pm but caterer arrived at 11am, then after further discussion, they set up tables and told me the food can only deliver AFTER 1.30pm if they dont unload it now.
No choice had to allow them to unload, didnt give extra burners even.
Lucky eggs found to be rotten for some.
Dont bother to do theme if its just 2x teddy bear on display

This was my second time ordering from this caterer but the service this time was utterly disappointing.

supposed to reach between 11-11.30am and my event was 12pm. the driver only reach at 12.15pm! My guests arrived and nothing was setup and i have to keep calling the customer service and the driver to see where he's at! wow!

I ordered 4 tables and 20 chairs but they only gave 3 tables and tried to leave without informing it's 1 table short until i see for myself and question then only the driver say you ask them refund you. it's not about refund only it's about my event!

the foods this time was also not as good as the last time a lot of foods leftover, many feedback the rendung was ok but the fish and vegetables are not good.
