Delivery was on time, setup was done properly and timely too. Taste of the food is good. Second time ordering from this caterer.

Value for money mini party set. Second time ordering and again food was good. Highly recommended for family gathering

First time ordering from this caterer. Repeated told them not to be late after reading reviews yet on the day itself they were 20mins late. Did a rush set up. Set up was done by foreign workers who couldn’t speak proper English. Called and didn’t know which floor to deliver the food, where the lift was. I had to come down show them because it was tough communicating with them in English. Set up was not great since it was a rush job. Quite messy and I had to arrange it myself to make it presentable. Didn’t get the time to take the picture of the messed set up that was done as I was rushing to more it presentable and my guests were already there.

Food wise, fried rice was tasteless and bland. Egg tarts were dry. Sales representative communication was good before the event but on the day itself the delivery people did not do a good job. They should improve on that and also the taste of the food.

Food was generally okay, except for the chocolate eclairs. Some guests complained that a few chocolate eclairs tasted weird (borderline spoil) while others did not experience this. Ecreative may wish to ensure consistency in their chocolate eclairs’ quality.

Food was ok. Service could have been better. Gave two number but when one number did not pick up, did not call to check with 2nd number. Setup at wrong place. Servette went missing after the re-setup.

1) ask caterer to bring extra ice, willing to pay, but they dont provide, last time caterer did for us

2)the vegetable, tastleless plus the cauliflower, it comes as big as a baby hand or even bigger

3)when come to collect back the stuff, at first, they refuse to take away the rubbish until our volunteer insist that they must do it

The food is reasonably good for this caterer. I like the curry vegetable which was cook to very tasty and nice. The golden salted egg fish was also nice. No fishy smell.

First time trying this caterer, overall feedback was very good. For any future order, probably will not not order again not because of the food qualities but there are cheaper sets by other caterer. If this caterer can made a competitive pricing, this will be my first choice.

Nice theme setup. Food and portion were good, timely setup. Mini burgers is definitely a favourite snap up. Teriyaki chicken chop and salad prawn was awesome
