The food is really nice that why I was keep continuing order the same catering. All of members like it very much foodline. It was an absolute delight! The food arrived fresh and well-packaged. The presentation was impressive, and the portions were generous. Our team enjoyed every bite, and the delivery was punctual, ensuring everything was still warm and ready to serve. The ordering process was smooth, and the customer service was very responsive. We highly recommend it for any corporate or personal gatherings.

Food delivered a bit early, food taste ok, just the fish a bit over fry so a bit hard to bite. All the fry food not crispy at all, egg tart too sweet!

I was recommended by my friend. I am very satisfied and grateful that I had chosen eCreative Catering Pte Ltd via the social media platform. I am very pleased with the good and efficient services rendered to me by Ms. Jenny and Ms. Tracy. The foods were delicious and truly my guests attended were singing praises not only the food but also the set-up by the caterer. The foods were delivered on time and the person involved in clearing up was patience, and he ensued the place was tidied before he left.

Food was generally good and very value for money! Their signature curry chicken was tasty and not too spicy. I personally liked the four season vegetable and Black Forest cake the most. However, service level was below expectations: I had ordered for 5pm delivery but they only arrived at almost 6pm and the buffet tables were only set up at around 6.30pm (that’s essentially late by about 1.5hr). After our event ended, we thought they would come back to collect at 9pm but they only came back at past midnight 12.30am. There was also no 24/7 hotline to call for assistance which makes it quite nerve wrecking as I had no idea whether they were on their way to deliver the food and what time they were coming back for collection.

The catering service was disappointing. The food arrived late, which caused unnecessary delays. When it finally did arrive, the quality was underwhelming. The dishes lacked flavor and freshness, giving the impression that lower-quality ingredients were used. Several guests commented on the bland taste and poor presentation. The overall experience fell short of expectations, especially considering the price paid. Timeliness and food quality are crucial for catering, and unfortunately, this service did not deliver on either front. I would not recommend this provider for important events.

All the food was delicious. Especially is baked salmon with teriyaki sauce. Will continue to support ang highly recommend.

The food was not that hot when it arrived. The food generally is ok. Prawn paste chicken is too salty. I ordered broccoli with scallop but in the end there was no scallop when it was delivered.

The food was delivered on time. Food was well packaged nicely .
Overall is value under mini buffer for 15pax.
