Around 2pm called the hotline and check where is the food, the person in charge told me say that the tyre Flat and the driver stuck at Sengkang General hospital. And will reach around 3.30pm to 4.30pm. 3.39pm ... More the person in charge told me said that the driver is on the way to my place. 4.30pm the food is still not here, I called the hot line to checked with them and they told me will get back to me… 4.38pm I called them back, the person in charge told me and said that the driver is on the way to my side… from SKGH to Hougang st 61 no need 45mins to 1 hours .. I get the diver number so is easier for me and the person in charge. 4.44pm I called the drive and check where is he and how long will he reach. He said according to google map still got 3.1KM and will reach in 9 mins. Ok, fine. Then my food arrive at 5pm. 50 people was waiting for the buffet and never eat since 2pm… 4.44pm + 9Mins = 5pm ???????? Everything was done set up at 5.08pm. Food is ready to at 3.30pm Consume by 4.30pm But then we only start to consume the food at 5.08pm. The food is cold and WORST THING is NO CANDLE PROVIDED for us to warm the food ????????‍♀️ And I also place a Vegetarian Bento and it was not delivered… I call the hotline, she told me the chef go home already.
