Suprise that Food was packed in big carton box and not kept warm. Ordered blossom buffet for 10 paxs. Selected the honeydew sago desert, ... More and caterer called to inform no stock and suggest mango pudding . Ok so i confirm it, then one day before the event , caterer called again said mango pudding no stock explaining that their supplier had no stock then have to choose another desert Logan fruit cocktail. Anyway is can fruit cocktail , end up nobody ate and threw away. Last dish was fixed - chicken cheese ball obviously is not fresh cooked dish, nobody likes as it’s dry and cheesy . Chicken Curry was thick and salty and tasted powdery. Sambal fish was vy dry and bearly see the sambal sauce. Curry samosa was cold and soggy. Fried Mee siam was all stick together in a lump and doesn’t taste good. Brocoli was not well cooked and it’s hard. It was my dad 84th birthday , and he couldn’t bite on the hard vege and ate only some Mee siam plus 2 chicken cheese ball. Overall we paid $201 include delivery for the 10 paxs buffet and none of the dishes we like and a lot of wastage. Very sad!
