Caesar salad was placed at the end next to the drinks. Tarts were placed in the middle. Fish was placed at the end of the line. Curry and yam paste sharing the same warmer. Very nonsensical setup. At least the food quality is alright. Quantity-wise, they give a lot of rice but the other dishes were quite little for the no. of pax ordered. Thankfully some guests did not turn up so the quantity worked out. Best dishes are curry chicken and yam paste. Guests seemed to like the food. They came late for the tear-down and I had to shift the items out of the venue myself as I had to clear the venue already.
