Food Quality: Hong Kong Fried Noodles were unevenly cooked – some parts undercooked and hard. Ended up with lots of leftovers. Golden ... More Salted Egg Fish was extremely hard to bite and chew, making it inedible for most guests. Golden Egg Beancurd was bland and tasteless, also left untouched. Signature Curry Chicken was mostly bone and no meat. Service: Customer service was nonchalant and unhelpful. The buffet setup looked nothing like the nice managment photos as compared to on the site, no tags for each dishes, no flower deco unlike other photos. – no effort to make it aesthetic for a birthday party, just put and go only. not professionally decorated. The delivery driver also arrived much earlier than agreed time, so the food sat out for 1.5 hours before guests arrived, turning stale. Paper cups and plates also never provide enough. I have to top up my own. Value: The price was high, and delivery fee was $70 compared to other caterers at around $40. For the quality and service, this was not worth it. Overall: This was a disappointing experience and I will not order from this caterer again. It ruined my birthday party! Prawn paste chicken wing was a disaster, not sure what kind of coloring was used, looked odd and over fried, no prawn paste taste at all. Crispy tofu not ... More crispy at all, yakitori was terrible and cereal fish just big coat of flour (but cereal was fried well). I was mislead by the name cheng teng, i thought we will be getting traditional cheng teng, but mainly sugar water and weird taste and canned longan was used. Great food were Sin Chow bee hoon- did not look appetising but tasty. Otah was the best, juicy and baked just right. Broccoli with scallops was the next best dishes that everyone praised. I hope eCreative could improve on those items which are not done well. This was my 2nd order and i hope i won't be disappointed again.
