More ordered for 30 people, but only 25 attended — yet the food was clearly insufficient. Yam Paste with Ginkgo Nuts: This was especially disappointing. The texture was extremely diluted, with a lot of liquid but barely any yam paste. This used to be one of our favourite dishes, but it fell short this time. Wheat Prawns: The dish lacked the usual wheat topping, which is where much of the flavour and fragrance comes from. It felt incomplete and less appetising. Prawn Paste Chicken Mid-Joint Wings: These were slightly over-fried, very dry, and lacked flavour — the seasoning didn’t come through. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I sincerely look forward to improvements in future orders.
