First, a significant issue was the missing extra order of curry chicken. Despite placing the order, it never arrived, and to ... More make matters worse, there was no customer service support available on the weekend to resolve this. The quantity of food provided was also a major concern. Even though our guests were mostly females who don't typically eat large portions, there was simply not enough food for 30 pax. We found a disproportionate amount of carbohydrates like fried rice and fried bee hoon, with a clear inadequacy of side dishes. While the buffet setup initially looked good, a closer inspection revealed a stained and unwashed tablecloth, which was off-putting. Most importantly, the food quality was subpar. Several dishes tasted as if they were spoiled or had been left out for too long, which is concerning for any event, especially one involving a newborn. The cupcakes were a clear example of this lack of freshness; there were two different batches on the same tray, with one batch having completely dried-out cream that appeared to have been masked with fresh green cream on top. Overall, we found this catering service to be poor, no value for money. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend looking for another caterer.
