After our event ended, we thought they would come back to collect at 9pm but they only came back at past midnight 12.30am. There was also no 24/7 hotline to call for assistance which makes it quite nerve wrecking as I had no idea whether they were on their way to deliver the food and what time they were coming back for collection.
