Report to admin via WhatsApp but no reply due to my event was on Sunday. Lousy service orientated caterer. Admin replied only the next morning. Only know how to keep repeating sorry via text. Whole incident, catering company only refunded $19 for the missing additional stools and table. No other forms of offer for compensation to make up for their mistake.
