The seafood ee fu mee was well liked by all.Eclair was well liked, too. Cereal prawns not up to expectation and could have been better. Delivery was on time. Food was not warm though so had to eat quickly. The spring roll and ngoh hiang was too little., 8 pieces each. The changed egg yolk chicken which was changed and for which an extra small amount was paid was oily. Curry chicken and kai lan were good. Yam paste was excellent and well liked by all.

Ordered this mini buffet for kids’ birthday party and they were mainly finger food for children. I like the menu as it caters for my event. The nuggets, sotong ball and fruit tarts were the most popular dishes.

Terrible service - Do not Order!

Food arrived almost 1.5 hrs late after scheduled delivery time, leaving less than 30min to consume within its ‘safe for consumption’ window.
No response despite repeated calls to operators to check on delivery timing. To make it worse, there was lack of sincerity or efforts from company to offer any apology for the late delivery or the poor customer experience .
Food arrived cold, >2.5hrs since it was prepared. Had to throw away a lot of food since they were bad.

Worst experience ever. Never again.

The portions given were very generous. My family could not finish everything in one sitting! Overall, the taste of each dish was quite nice - not too salty or sweet. We were disappointed that the Santa Choices Creamy Butter Prawn was missing from the delivery though, as we were looking forward to that very much. However, we were glad that after contacting and following up with FoodLine, they provided a refund.

Great disappointment, They should have a hotline or after sale service even is on a Sunday or public holiday for action to be taken immediately if their logistic team has damage the catering food.

The delivery of foods was not properly secure.
The curry gravy had all leak out and leaving the curry dish without gravy sauce.
The food trays was not properly wrapped on most of the dishes.
And because of the curry gravy leak out, most of the dishes are mix with the curry sauce gravy like the photo shown on Hong Siew ToFu With Mushrooms.

The caterers came on time and did a splendid job on the set up. Table and set up was beautiful. The different dishes were delicious. The desserts were great. Came timely for pick up as well.

Service was good, food was delicious. Strongly recommended. Set up was fast and punctual. Staff were also very helpful

The food overall still not bad. For Chicken Floss Pizza, although the look of the pizza doesn’t look good but the texture and taste are very good. That dish is the first one to had finished.

Everyone loved the food! Portion is generous and delivery was on time too. We will definitely order again.
