ECreative Catering Pte Ltd

The food is average. The service for the order process ing delivery, setup is good. The lychee drink is too sweet.

Food was average. Items and food were literally provided 1:1 So if anyone threw away a cup, they can’t drink again. Same goes for food. We had to buy more food and utensils ourselves.

Service can also be improved.
Delivery was way too early. Delivery timing was 10.30am, but it came at 9.30-9.45am.
Teardown specified at 2pm. We waited and waited till 5pm while trying to contact the company, but nobody responded at all. We had to go already, so we had to leave everything in the public space. Happen to pass by 1-2hrs later, and the items are still there.

No response from company until today. Not sure if everything is ok.

Order was received on time and punctual. Food was good and portion is fairly good as well. Will make ordering again for others event.

Delivery was early. And some
Of the food was already cold before my guests arrive… had to warm up abit .. overall the food still okie.:

The food was nice but the portions were way too little. Especially the proteins. Ordered for 55 pax and it was gone with only 40 pax present

The delivery and set up was timely and well done. E-Creative staff called within a week of ordering and confirmed the details through teleconferencing. They're quite flexible with the collection and set up as I required an earlier set up & later collection (1-6 pm).

The food is suitable for both adults and kids - graduation cum birthday party for my 12 yo daughter, celebrated with her friends & family

2nd order I made with e-creative and definitely won't be my last!

Setup was completed at 11am+ for my 12pm buffet. Food was sufficient for 40+ pax (ordered for 40 pax).

Can be improved: provide more utensils (especially plates as it wasn't sufficient)

Overall, value for money and will order again for other events

Spring roll was abit hard but overall Food yummy
Overall presentation nice
Price to food offered was good
Will order again

Highly recommended. Repeat orders from eCreative via Foodline, prompt delivery, tasty, reasonable prices.
