Salted Egg Fish is nice when hot but when cold it's hard and feels like it's more batter and without much fish meat. Crispy Fish Skin is a nice touch. Area for improvement: 1. Could have provided additional spare warmers especially for our event which was in air-conditioned place 2. Cupcakes a little dry and coloring of cream will stain.
