More second servings almost all food has a sour spoilt smell, even for fried rice. which usually rice hard to spoil within a few hours. probably we feel they batch cook the food in the morning and mishandled and did not store the food properly hence the food cant be kept longer. i have catered other places before, food comes to the venue piping hot, and usually we can keep the food longer than the catered hours without spoiling.
