East West Fusion

The portion for 4 pax is reasonable and it is enough for my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). The soup portion is generous. However, some of the dishes are not very tasty.

The service was ok. The food is average. Soup is not fantastic. Within 5 days trial, had hotdogs (processed food) for 2 days. Guess is just the norm.

I order 5 days tingkat, got rice with set, so no need to order additional rice. Food is delicious, if got soup will be better.

Always love ordering from this caterer because the food is good, and the service level is great as well.

Improvement on the food portion and delivery time will be good. Dishes are still favourable as they are not spicy.

Dishes are a little repetitive, taste is average towards bland, but good thing is they didn't use much MSG. Portion is small, rice sometimes not enough for each pax. However, customer service is good and attentive, very courteous too.

Delivery was between 530-6 which is fine for me. The portion are just right and dishes are not too salty or bland. There’s different dishes everyday. It will be better to have more gravy for the dishes too!

Regular customer. Food is alright and satisfied so far. Have been ordering for a few times now.

Food came on time, but on some days, the gravy/sauces were leaking out of the packaging into the plastic bag (though I understand the delivery guy was in a super rush trying to complete all the deliveries). Food quality was pretty decent though. Would consider them again.

Ordered multiple times Lunch Tingkat. Food suitable for elderly, with some minor adjustments. Value for money.
