East West Fusion

Food was tasty & delicious! Value for money & I would order from East West Fusion again! It appealed to my guests who were mostly non-vegetarian :-)

This is the second time I ordered from this catering. Slightly disappointed this time, rice was hard and tasteless. The vegetables left over much, not sure it is the guests don't like. By the way, the service was good.

Food is generally nice, and the service as well, just the collection time a little too early (9pm). Have to make special arrangement/pay more for collection after 9pm i believe.

Overall, the delivery was prompt and food was pretty good. No complains :)

Eclairs were the first to go; egg mayonnaise was next although a little too sweet for my preference but overall is good for the value. Like that the disposable wares and cutlery were of good quality.

Most of the food is ok except the curry chicken gravy is too watery and there is only drumsticks.

1) The chicken is not in cutlet and tasteless.
2) The cabbage is good but unfortunately put off by the very big and rough cutting. Should be in smaller / finer pieces.
3) The pineapple rice can be tastier and more even cooked. Some portion are still in their original white rice look.
4) The smoked duck breast is good.
5) For items with smaller portion due to their size, should have use half tray instead of a full length tray. Makes the food looks so scarce.
6) Delivery man in inexperienced. Hide the cups behind the drink container. All the tray were placed so near to the front edge so no space to put the scoop / plier. We have to push back and put small plates infront ourselves.

Overall is ok.
Just the veg and egg dishes are a little salty.
Will still get from this caterer for the convenience and good value.

The delivery did provided thermal bag, but the herbal chicken soup all spill out.....very oily and the bag can't reuse anymore.....baked fish like other caterer fish...too much flour and fish little...we order 10 pax, caterer jus give a few napkin, we use it to wipe the soup and finish already....totally not enough! Hope can give more napkins
