First time ordering from Foodline and from this caterer. Price was still reasonable and affordable for the dishes offered in the menu. However, lots to comment about the food.

1. Beehoon was not bad, tasteful, but lumpy and broken.
2. Sweet and sour fish was not bad.
3. Stir fry Kai Lan tasted bland, not much gravy, and the stems felt exceptionally hard.
4. Chicken ngoh hiang: normal. had feedback from a few that it doesn't taste like ngoh hiang
5. Cereal prawns were not fresh and felt mashy.
6. Mango pudding was the worse. Totally tasteless and the texture was too soft like chawanmushi.

Portion wise: acceptable for 30 pax ordered, except that prawns felt too little and barely filled up the tray. Overall, food was edible but nothing to praise of. There was too much food leftover, probably because the quality was not too good. Mango pudding were barely touched.

Utensils like plates, spoons and forks were given.
No serviettes.

Caterer was also late for about 10-15min past the order time.

The food was really tasty especially the scrambled egg and the teriyaki chicken. The price is also very affordable after including the delivery fees ($3.9/pax). The delivery service is professional and friendly as they do an extra mile to send the food to my place which has a distance from the pick up point. Thank you so much and highly recommended!

Good and decent food, the quality is improving and delivery timing is acceptable. I like the variety of the menu, enough to share and taste nice.

Overall the food is tasty and nutritious. There is quite a variety of food provided and delivery was always on time. However, the food is quite small for 4 pax especially when it served fish.

Overall, the food was decent but rather expensive among other caterer. There was 1 time the food was delivered late by more than 1 hour. Was told it was because of rainy day so there was a massive jam on the road.

Delivery was on time, food was generally good. Overall satisfied the ordered, will order again......

The food arrived quite early and delivery guy was very polite and friendly. The food portion seems a bit little for 15 Pax but thank goodness it was just enough for slightly more than 15 pax if we consider the little kids. My guests enjoyed the food but as it came quite early, the food were a little cold when we started eating at 7 pm. Personally, I like the yam rice the most as the other dishes are pretty normal to me.

This is my feedback & abit disappointed, hope in future can improve.

1) Yam rice w chinese sausage
- No yam at all, & is not chinese sausage

Only yang zhou fried rice then need to put
peas & corn

2) Salted egg prawn
- I find the prawn is not fresh, meat is not firm

3) Quantity
- Compared to other caterer, this is the less
food portion given

Order was delivered on time. Food portion is sufficient and taste is good. Highly recommended, thumb up :)

This is the 2nd time ordering and they always don't disappoint me.
