Food was good and portion sizing was acceptable. However, over the period of time, some dishes started to repeat itself and the selection of soups could potentially be more varied. However, I will still recommend this company as a decent option and choice for your tingkat.

Good service given. When there were errors, the caterer was willing to make amends and was polite about it. Food was good but maybe on the slightly oily side.

Delivery is always punctual with this caterer. Food is good too, lots of variety so you wont get the same dishes all the time.

Food and services was up to my expectation, I will continue to order for the next time when needed.

Delivery on weekdays was generally on time between 6pm to 7pm, but food was delivered quite early during weekends (arrived around 4pm).

Portion was pretty generous and the soup is served with some of the edible ingredients too so it was like adding 1 more dish to the 3 dishes ;)


P/S: The only dish I didn't like was "otah fishcake" (?) where a deep-fried egg was served along with 2 pieces of fish ball (see picture). The egg was too hard and tasted kind of weird, but other than that the other meals were lovely. Would actually order again in the future!

Food is tasty yet not salty nor high in MSG. Delivery are on time. to order and skip meals are very fast and easy.

I have tried many Tingkat providers and EWF is definitely one of the better ones. The dishes are high quality and well packed into a bento box. The pricing is on the high side but the dishes are high quality as well.

Would love to try their other menus too. Please go ahead and order from EWF. Quality and taste is pretty much assured.

Food standard is above my expectation, and I wish for more! Delivery time everyday was different, hence a little tricky. Suggest the delivery man to knock on the door to hand it over to avoid me opening the door to check for the food every now and then.

Food variety is quite wide, dishes have been quite nice. We have renewed for several times. Hope the plain rice can be better.
