Generally, the food is good, delivery is punctual and the variety makes you feel that you are not eating the same thing over and over again. On some days though, the portion of the vegetable seem so insufficient. It's unfortunate that they don't ... More deliver in the tiffin carrier even though we are ordering meals on a long term basis. It would have been more environmentally friendly otherwise.

I have been ordering from this caterer for tingkat delivery two years ago but we stopped for a year and came back to it. I must say the food variety and taste have greatly improved. We enjoyed the meals. The portions on some days are very generous ... More otherwise it’s mostly sufficient. Delivery time is also punctual except for the first day of service when they missed out the order.

Food portions are generous and the variety is sufficient. I do not feel that I am eating the same foods every other day. Quality of the food on some days are pretty good but of course some other days, it isn’t as great. We had fries with steamed ... More fish on one day which was a little weird. Overall it is good for the price. Food is consistently delivered around 3pm which is an acceptable time for dinner delivery - not too early.

It is my first time buying the e-giftcard and I must say after guidance from a very helpful Foodline staff over the phone, it was really easy to gift the vouchers to someone. Definitely would buy again for other occasion. The only downside to the ... More gift card is that it is in the form of redeeming vouchers instead of a card with a fixed value where the redemption is not fixed to discrete values of either $5, $10, $20 or $50 vouchers. So, the spent on the e-card has to be minimally $5 which might not work for buying just one cupcake that is less than $5.

Very flexible with specific demands. Food is good and the variety is there. Great service and value for money.

As a returning customer, I still find the food variety not bad and the food is quite delicious. Service is good - very accommodating and flexible. Takes feedback well. Just a few blunders here and there with delivery but will still recommend.

Quality of food is good. Service is excellent and very flexible. Some food portions are a little small. If there's an option to choose tiffin carriers instead of plastic containers to save the environment, it would be better.

Service was very good. There will be some hiccups with delivery on certain days but caterer will compensate with an extra dish, etc. Food was a little too oily and there is a feeling that the menu had more and more processed food over time.

Fantastic service. Very prompt to address issues and often compensates with extra dishes. Food is also generally good except for occasional days. Food used to be too salty and oily but it has improved.
