Excluded some days for tingkat. Caterer checked with me via WhatsApp on my order, which was exactly the same as what I put on Foodline.
Turns out the invoice generated seems to be for everyday, which the caterer and myself missed out on.
Since this order is for someone else, I didn't notice that the food came everyday, including the days I excluded. So until the person I ordered for mentioned that the food hadn't arrived for 2 weeks, I called caterer to confirm.
While I admit it was fault for both parties (myself and caterer), the person seems to blame me instead, and insisted it was my fault for not checking, and that when the food was sent, we didn't mention anything.
Lesson learnt for me to check the invoices sent out, but pls pls, for caterer, pls check the order twice or more.
Rating 1* for poor customer service, since person didn't feel apologetic at all.

1 pax lunch served in a bento box. Very convenient to dispose after eating. Mixed of east and western cuisine so expected to find French fries with ketchup as sides or sambal sotong ball as well. Overall simple bento but sometimes delivery can be an hour late then the usual mentioned time.

Too much fried food, may be it's their style of cooking. I prefer for steam/boil dishes. I will not renew my monthly order with them.

Excellent and healthy tingkat dinner which is delivered over weekends too. Service is excellent and the caterer allows me to skip two days by giving advance notice.

Quite happy to receive foods during the weekend and it's quite value to have these 4 dishes. The taste of the food is OK. Portion just nice for two people.
But only two things :
1.the delivery time is too early, it's not even 4pm, I just have my late lunch 2 hrs ago.....
2. Sin Chew Bee Hoon looks/taste like normal beehoon.

Missed a few times of delivery again. Food repeated almost everyday. May not order again unless there is really a need to due to the reasonable price.

Food and services was up to my expectations, would recommend this catering to others who like to order tingkat

The portions were too little too small. Especially only one little soup was served. Repetition of fishballs in the menu too frequent.
