Great food for the family!
Food and service are up to quality and standards. The children loves the vegetables and meat so much. Soup is also nutritious!
Simple Meal....
Bento style. 2nd day missed delivery. Had to call to check. Caterer did replace with additional day. Not sure to proceed to 20 days meals
Satisfactory food caterer from FoodLine
Overall we find that this food caterer is satisfactory as compared to the previous two food caterers from FoodLine. The food quality & menu are comparable with its peers. Some improvement is needed to avoid the delay in delivery even though it happened once only.
OK OK
Good and decent food, the quality is improving. Portion is enough to share. I like the order come with rice so we don't have to cook at all.
Decent taste of food, but value could be better
Taste not bad, but a lot of their dishes use processed meat instead of "real" meat. finger food quality varies
Prompt service and delivery
The food was packed properly without spillage and the portion is just right. The caterer is able to provide the delivery after placing order over the weekend.
Decent food but small portion
How do I put this, tingkat food is decent and really like the economical rice store feel. Vegetables are one of the better ones - good variety and leafy ones are not bitter (hopefully because it had been well washed).
For almost $8 per pax, I feel the portion is too LITTLE and I feel sad eating like this at times. Ok to have 4 prawns since it’s pricier but really, everything is like 2 pieces for one person. My appetite is usually satisfied by a normal serving in an economical rice store but the portion here is really sad. I’ll have so much leftover rice that I had to eat rice with sauce to finish and still feel not full.
There were days that were ok but my impression was the portion was sad. I’ve put some pictures over for you to judge and to be fair, there were 4 otahs (I must hv taken one to eat).

Value for money
Quite a lot of process food eg fishball sausage. There is room for improvement.
However, Less salt and oil.

Decent food
The food from East West Fusion is pretty decent. We are especially pleased by the inclusion of rice by default which saved us some time too.

Delivery timing probably need improvment. as for a period of time it deliver around 9+am, that is still acceptable. but another period of time it started to deliver after 12pm or after 1pm, which is not preferred...
