How do I put this, tingkat food is decent and really like the economical rice store feel. Vegetables are one of the better ones - good variety and leafy ones are not bitter (hopefully because it had been well washed).

For almost $8 per pax, I ... More feel the portion is too LITTLE and I feel sad eating like this at times. Ok to have 4 prawns since it’s pricier but really, everything is like 2 pieces for one person. My appetite is usually satisfied by a normal serving in an economical rice store but the portion here is really sad. I’ll have so much leftover rice that I had to eat rice with sauce to finish and still feel not full.

There were days that were ok but my impression was the portion was sad. I’ve put some pictures over for you to judge and to be fair, there were 4 otahs (I must hv taken one to eat).

Enjoyed the food especially the meat items from caterer. There is more thought process to the combination of food and not like a predictable or odd combination like “fried fish” with “sweet and sour” or “fried fish” with “sze chuan ... More vegetable” which we have gotten from other caterers.

Overall the meat dishes are fulfilling and the sauces are good. Only thing is the food reaches really early to Hougang. I get it around 3-4pm.

Easy to order and send. Only complaint is redemption instructions can be rather confusing as website looks cluttered.

Easy to use. A little hard to find the space for PIN Input for the customer as there are too many advertisement on the top page.

It’s okay overall. Some really odd combinations like Sichuan soup with peppery Sichuan vegetable (2 preserve vegetable items at a go) and chicken bell peppers with sausage with bell peppers like the picture above.

Food follows very loosely on ... More the menu and halfway, the plastic bag went from a generic green one to Kim’s catering which is odd cause this is from Hewtop?

Food is ok. Soup is pretty nice and with ingredients. I had other tingkats before and frankly we prefer the other one.
