I have ordered from this caterer many times. So far, pleased with the food and service.
I liked it that they are so flexible enough to allow for a 2-day package. Thanks for making it easier for customers requiring such flexibility!

The food is very nice and good variety. One of the best I have tried so far. Service is good and staff is quick to respond. Price is on the higher side.

Our usual go to for tingkat as menu is suitable for kids and caterer is friendly and will try to accommodate requests.

Second time ordering from this caterer. Love how they do not require order of 4-5 days prior to the start date. Overall food is quite nice.

This is the second time ordered from East West Fusion. The previous time was in 2020 during the pandemic.
The food taste was good in general. It was salty sometimes last time but it seems the food quality is consistent now. The amount of food is good for 2 pax.
The delivery time was a bit downside as it comes early sometimes, and it comes late in other days.
Other than that, I am pretty satisfied with the food and service.

Food up to expectation. packaging can be microwave.
Delivery timing probably need improvment. as for a period of time it deliver around 9+am, that is still acceptable. but another period of time it started to deliver after 12pm or after 1pm, which is not preferred...

Food and service are up to quality and standards. The children loves the vegetables and meat so much. Soup is also nutritious!

Bento style. 2nd day missed delivery. Had to call to check. Caterer did replace with additional day. Not sure to proceed to 20 days meals

Overall we find that this food caterer is satisfactory as compared to the previous two food caterers from FoodLine. The food quality & menu are comparable with its peers. Some improvement is needed to avoid the delay in delivery even though it happened once only.

Good and decent food, the quality is improving. Portion is enough to share. I like the order come with rice so we don't have to cook at all.
