The food always repeat with japanese tofu and can mushroom. My kids do not like it and i feel the food not tasty. And most of the days the food arrive 3-4pm.

The amount of food per dish is little, even rice also little.

In terms of standard and taste, first day was good, but the next few days were pretty disappointing. The amount given of each dish is just not sufficient.

Part of a continuous order. Previously complained to caterer about late delivery and the delivery time improved but food quality is still not as good as our first couple of orders. Overall, can still be improved.

Recurring order but was disappointed this time round as the food quality has dropped and delivery was late on the second day as the food arrive at 8pm. One of the dish had already turned sour. Contacted the caterer about it but no action was taken, only asked us to be considerate of the traffic but no service recovery when we asked if we are expected to eat the food even when they have already turned sour when it is delivered.

Food is quite plain, less tasty compared with other merchants. Would appreciate if vendor be more responsive when I asked for menu for the week.

- Tingkat was confirmed at 5am on the planned start day.
- 1st day tingkat was sent wrongly
- Late for few days and the tingkat was delivered past safe consumption timing.
- Lack of response when message was sent.
- Missed the last day of tingkat.
- The dishes were very common, hence not worth $12 which I can buy from coffee shop at around $4.

Most of the food seems to be processed frozen food and only the vegetable are fresh cooked. As can be seen in the photo. And the delivery for lunch comes at very early at 10am and i had to reheat again at noon time.

Food was generally okay, but mainly for smaller eaters as the portions provided was small (even with 4 dishes + soup), especially on days where they have 2 types of finger foods. One example was Ebi fry and gyozas (which they gave 2 pieces per pax per dish.) Delivery was on time but see that food was prepared very early (2.30pm) the food has to be reheated generally.

Food was worse than those chai-fan stalls in food court. Once, we'd a dish of corn and another time, fried crab stick. Really disappointing. One of the delivery was late as well.

Caterer took a long time to confirm order. Had to call foodline to check and push caterer to acknowledge order. Food was passable, but nothing to shout about.
