Customer service is good, quite responsive when I made enquiry. Food is acceptable, have placed a repeat order.

Consistent taste. Have been ordering from this caterer repeatedly due to better tasting food than other providers.

Generally we are quite satisfied with this caterer. We order tingkat dinner from them off and on. Portion is a little bit small for some dishes.

The food portion of this tingkat caterer is reasonable and the cooked vegetables are not as oily and salty as other food caterer that we have tried before. We like especially the satay and rendang chicken, the dish is cooked to our taste and liking and it has been our favorite dish so far.

The service provider was prompt and communicated clearly our requests. Food was very delectable and consistent from Tues to Thurs, but Fri's did shy slightly from the usual quality perhaps with more orders to serve? Otherwise, the food tastes awesome and we enjoyed the scrumptious soup provided every day.

Food taste is OK. Would suggest to skip if you don't like deep fried dishes as there were quite a number of deep fried dishes over the 10 days. Soups lacked the home-cooked taste.

The food quality is good. Third time purchase for me. It only happened once where the food arrived at night but it was supposed to be lunch. Overall good buy.

It is ok but not many varieties... service is good though. vendor following up when it is expiring..

Very weird combination of dishes- how do u expect ppl to eat rice with those fried stuffs.
Food are worse compared to previous caterer.
If not because I just want 2 day meal, wouldn't have ordered this at all
