Good and decent food, the quality is improving and delivery timing is acceptable. Best part is this caterer can accommodate 3 days a week coz we want to have alternate option for other day. foodline

This is the only caterer which I've renewed. Generally the dishes were tasty, specially the steamed chicken. But the best is their soup which got the stamp of approval from my children. Usually tingkat soup is so diluted but you can see from the pictures got ingredients. I have recommended to others

Food was good. The portions are reasonable for 2 pax. The soup has alot of "liao" inside so I will give it a thumbs up. The rotation of the menu is good with no repeated dishes of the 10 days with them.

However, the food (dinner) usually arrives very early, which might be an issue as on the plastic bag, it stated that the food was ready at 2:30pm. Considering we usually eat dinner at 6:30pm to 7pm, the food had been ready for 4 to 4.5 hours, which I would not say is very fresh. Hopefully they can narrow the timing down a little bit.

The food portion of this tingkat caterer is reasonable and the cooked vegetables are not as oily and salty as other food caterer that we have tried before. We like especially the satay and rendang chicken, the dish is cooked to our taste and liking and it has been our favorite dish so far.

Service is good, caterer is responsive through WhatsApp for request. Food quality and portion are average.

Delivery on time, recurring customer, hassle free and would recommend to subscribe during WFH period.
