The food quality is not good, taste quite bad. For the amount paid, it does not live up to the price tag. Need massive improvement.

This ordered was for my dad. This is the first time that we are ordering tingkat. I think the expectation is different. We would expect the food to be delivered on time and still be warm. Nonetheless, the caterer is good to provide last minute urgent insert for delivery as there is no one at home to cook or buy food. Overall the food expectation is normal.

The 5-day trial started off promisingly in the first 2 days. On the 3rd day, cheap processed hotdogs and canned baked beans were used. It went downhill from there. For a caterer that is charging higher than others who serve the same type of meals, this was poor and unacceptable. Day 4 included a thoughtless dish to clear out the excess unused fishballs from caterer's weekend menu. Enough said. Customer service staff contacted me and I asked for brown rice, and he said will get it done. It was stiff white rice all the way. Poor. Little to no redeeming factors. Food came at 3:30pm then progressively earlier at 3:15pm even. A little too early for dinner.

Potion too little for 2 pax. Delivery either too late or too early. foodline. Paid extra for brown rice but seller did not inform earlier that brown rice was not nicely cook tt day. Also did not compensate the money paid. I will not order again as not worth the price.

I had a 10-day package. The dinner comes between 3.15 to 3.30 pm daily which is way too early. Out of these 10 days, I had kangkong twice. Everyday there will be at least 1 processed food... hotdogs, global, beancurd with fish filling etc Basically the food is not salty nor oily but very few variations.

I ordered 4 dishes instead of the soup. I find that there are too many simple fried food. I was more looking for mum home cook food style.

The food is very oily and salty. Not worth the money. I ordered for my child and in the end I felt that it is not suitable especially if you have young kids.

Almost daily we didn’t finish the food and had to throw them away. Most days it’s quite disappointing. After day 1 regret hiring this caterer and had to endure the rest of the other 6 days.

The food is very average. The variety could be improved. The white rice is not well cooked as well. The delivery timing is late.: usually reach after 1pm

The portion for 4 pax is reasonable and it is enough for my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). The soup portion is generous. However, some of the dishes are not very tasty.
