YLS catering tingkat offers overall good value. Food is reasonably tasty, not salty, no MSG used (I think). Serving portions are generous, and delivery is always on time. The 5-day trial started off promisingly in the first 2 days. On the 3rd day, cheap processed hotdogs and canned baked beans were used. It went downhill from there. For a caterer that is charging higher than others who serve the same type of meals, ... More this was poor and unacceptable. Day 4 included a thoughtless dish to clear out the excess unused fishballs from caterer's weekend menu. Enough said. Customer service staff contacted me and I asked for brown rice, and he said will get it done. It was stiff white rice all the way. Poor. Little to no redeeming factors. Food came at 3:30pm then progressively earlier at 3:15pm even. A little too early for dinner.

Started off promising but the selection became blah and bland towards the end of the trial. Disappointed at the use of cheap processed hotdogs and lousy quality veggies. Had some expectations for this caterer due to positive reviews but my experience was not great. Soup spilled out of the container every day and tasted like plain water. Most dishes lacked flavour, although I appreciate that there was less salt and ... More MSG used. However, I'm unlikely to come back to this caterer in the near future as the delivery timing is quite late for my family (up to 8pm?! - which frankly is too late for any caterer)
