East West Fusion

Part of a continuous order. Previously complained to caterer about late delivery and the delivery time improved but food quality is still not as good as our first couple of orders. Overall, can still be improved.

Recurring order but was disappointed this time round as the food quality has dropped and delivery was late on the second day as the food arrive at 8pm. One of the dish had already turned sour. Contacted the caterer about it but no action was taken, only asked us to be considerate of the traffic but no service recovery when we asked if we are expected to eat the food even when they have already turned sour when it is delivered.

The food was delicious and mostly different at each delivery. So far both my parents like the dishes as they are not too salty or oily.

Value for money and prompt delivery!

Servings are of good portion and generally tasty… will likely to re-order again.

Very very late. On top of that, delivered to the wrong location. Food was soggy and those stacked below tasted bad. Generally still value for money due to low price point.

The food was delicious as commented from my guests. The communication was great, thank you caterer for accepting my order last minute!

Food is quite plain, less tasty compared with other merchants. Would appreciate if vendor be more responsive when I asked for menu for the week.

Food not too oily or salty except last day the herbal chicken was salty. Those that like strong taste for dishes may not like this- but can be very cloy if eaten everyday? Rice can be better- fluffy or better quality would be good. Vege cooked quite ok. 5 days no repeat and no fried eggs dish- good. no fish if I am not wrong.

Forgot to renew Tingkat with previous caterer, and urgently needed to place order to start next day. Impressed this could be done with this caterer

Repeated orders before but this time is disappointing as the soup is quite salty on a few occasions.
