The bento boxes arrived promptly, complete with cutlery and trash bags. The delicious taste of the food was met with enthusiastic approval from the participants. The Foodline team exceeded our expectations yet again. Overall very great experience for us! Thanks!

The food were delivery too early to us. The food were cold and the sandwiches not enough for children.

We ordered more than 200 orders. And 3 out of 5 of my menu was changed and we are not informed until it we received the order.
1. Caterer stated that the olive delivered to them are not certified halal. Instead of informing us and let us choose an alternative, they made their own decision to substitute a dish on their own accord.
2. Ordered Crispy Cereal Salted Egg Prawns but came without cereal.
3. Ordered Nonya Ayam Ponteh but delivered us soy sauce chicken.
We were not compensated in anyway and was told it is because, we have received the order.
Small details like fork and spoon was not delivered together. (Delivered after an hour from delivery)

The food was alright, price affordable. We didnt have beancurd even though its in the menu order, a bit disappointing

Service response was good, lady that responded to my query was very nice and patient.
Overall, bento has good portion and delivery was on time. No hungry man complains.

I have ordered 24pax of $8 bento set for New Year Eve celebration. The food packaging is big portion and nice. My colleagues also comment the food was delicious, even the cereal fish fillet a bit salty. The price is affordable with the variance menu. We ordered the Xmas Party Set Mini Buffet (w/Platter & log cake) for our gathering on 23 Dec. The food arrived punctually at 6pm as arranged. The food quality was pretty good and value for money. We enjoyed the good variety of dishes, portions were sufficient and the free log cake was a bonus. Only 2 items were not particularly popular - the butter rice was a bit bland and the roasted vegetables were too salty.

Portions were generous, food arrived on time in styrofoam boxes to keep warm. Taste was ok. The chrysanthemum tea was refreshing and good.

The food is generally good and the spread is wide. It's value for money. I wish the company could enhance their customer service e.g. confirming the order. A pleasant staff called me to inform me about delivery day before the event and that was great. However, the delivery aspect needs improvement badly as only 1 man was doing the driving and delivery. We felt sorry for him as we think he'd be getting a earful from customers who receive their orders late.

The food came early. Portion is adequate for 15 pax. Food is nice, I like the baked fish, chocolate eclair, cheese chicken ball.
