Have tried this tingkat 3 times, the food is not as good compare to end last year. Unsure whether is changed of cook. The vegetables inedible, only cabbage is ok.

The service level of this company needs major improvement:

1) Before we make payment, they release misleading info by saying tingkat delivery time would be from 530pm onwards. On execution, they delivered at 3pm, hiding behind a tonne of excuses saying it is Singapore tingkat's "industry practice" to deliver early, that food must be kept in fridge only to warm up later etc.

2) They delivered food that is leaking OUT OF the plastic bag.

3) Their delivery person has no regard and do not care about the orderly delivery of the food, pushing away their responsibility as they cite they are merely third parties.

I strongly recommend potential customers not to use this company.

Generally the food is only so-so. Yet to find any particular food that I like.

Food tasty bland, maybe more of healthy version but it does not suit my family taste bud.

Not exactly value for money.

The food delivered on time but it was not at all warm even though we ate it in 30mins. The kung bao chicken was very hard and curry veg quality is very little veg.

Poor customer service and inconsistent food standard. Different delivery person everyday. Not a good experience.

I order 16 days Dinner Tingkat for 2 persons on 4th May 2018 for starts date on 7th May 2018. Due to the next day is a weekends, I take the initiative to call them to check. I was told that she will send me the invoice within 5 mins. I waited till Sat and no response from them. I called again on Sat to check and make payment by the following day (Sunday).

On the first day the food came at 2.30pm and indicate to consume by 6.30pm. I called the caterer and ask if it is normal cause to my understanding from them is the food supposed to reach around 4pm. On the second day, it happens again. I called again on the second day, and they said they will check and get back to me on the following day. But on the third day, I have not receive any reply from them. Tried calling them but cannot get thru.

I'm disappointed with the service.

All the dishes are too starchy, esp veg. Quantity is just ok for 3 pax. Fish is terrible, overcooked (hard), bland and has a fishy taste. The 5 days trial menu price is much more ex than other caterers, for the price paid, definitely not worth it.
Better off buying from the Zhi char or economy rice stall at the coffeeshop.
Delivery man just leave package at the door and did not bother knocking door. Had to keep checking to see when the food arrived.

My whole tray of egg tofu had to be discarded as it tasted only of salt and nothing else. It felt as though we were eating salt and i was unable to serve it to my guests.
However the curry chicken is nice. Delivery was late as well, even though i was informed an hour before my event.
