The cake was super well received by all the guest. It was a chocolate hazel nut favour, the cake was just nice and not too sweet. The sponge cake was soft and cream is not too excessive. Very nice!!

Generally ok but have to note below:
1. The pork floss french bean is too little, i dont think is 50pax portion as by 25pax bean all gone!
2. ⁠Asparagus fish is too salty.
3. ⁠the tropical fruit punch is too sweet and weird taste compared to ... More those i order from other caterer
4. ⁠ The cooling lime aiyu jelly is not sweet enough, the whole container not much guest eat (u can see how much was brought back by your man)
Other than the above, the rest were ok. Feedback to caterer and was offered a $50 rebate the next round.

The buffet arrives on time. Portion was huge and food presentation was good. But I would advise to order Broccoli with Mushroom, or Luo Han Chye instead of Baby Kai Lan as I find most guest still prefer broccoli as I chatted with them. Collection ... More was also on time even though it was heavy room. Tempura Prawn and Mini Fruit Tarts also highly favourited by my guest.
