Good service and good taste food

Generally good tingkat service.
Quite healthy cooking. Low salt and flavours.
The biggest problem for me is the lack of salt and taste.
Also when I pick up the food, it always cold already.
Delivery seems quite early as I back home around 7pm only.

The portion is more than expected, tingkat is not too salty or tastless. . Just nice! Fav dish would be sweet and sour fish!

The food was tasty and still warm in arrival even though I opted for the non warmer set up. The dishes tasted great! Will definitely order from them again!

Pretty pleased with the service so far. Like that the caterer allows us to opt out of spicy food/curries and fish with bones. Some caterers that we have tried does not have this option. Important to us as the food is mainly for my young kids. Taste, variety and portion of food is good, my kids and I are enjoying most of the dishes. One little grouch here is that we havent received any seafood dishes (prawns, squids, shellfish etc) to date, even though we did not opt out. Hope to have seafood on some days. Thanks.

Not bad. Quite good value for money

Worried at first on quality & quantity as I never try this caterer before, but all turned out extremely well.
Prompt delivery, tasty & pleasing quality food and quantity is definitely enough.
Food was delivered hot and well presented. Guests were asking for caterers contact & foodline gift voucher is a good way to share.

Enjoying our tingkat meals very much so far! Really zero msg & little salt -- much healthier and still delicious! A lot better than the mixed vege stalls in coffeeshops.
Very homely meals which also fill us up well (we are big eaters and their portions are good for us, unlike other caterers haha)
Staff's customer svs is also excellent & prompt!
Have already been recommending this to my family & friends... hope u HUAT soon & deliver to punggol!
