This is my 4th cycle with them. Food-wise: variety is limited but overall most dishes are delicious. Delivery was good, lady was prompt and friendly and will text me during times when she was held up and late.

Had 2 not so pleasant encounters for ... More this cycle though.

There 2 times where the fried egg was badly burnt for this cycle. Whatsapped on the 2nd encounter with photo. No reply, no acknowledgement, no apology. But we received an additional dish the next day which we assume was the compensation?

On another ocassion my whole family of 5 suffered from diarrhea and vomitting. The only common food we had that day was the tingkat food. Suspected culprit was the veg dish with gravy which tasted sour. Reported to the caterer and they replied that they will check and update us. No contact til now.

A bit disappointed, mainly with the service recovery. Will try other caterers for now.

Just completed my second month of tingkat catering with FattyDaddyFattyMummy. Will be renewing my order with them. Like the friendly delivery lady who pressed the doorbell once to inform us that our food is delivered. The current delivery timing ... More (6+) is later than last month's (5+) but still good for us as we usually have our dinner around 6.30pm. Definitely need to heat up the food as they are already cold when delivered. Food wise... sometimes the food comes in odd numbers eg 5 wantons for 2 pax meal. We have to decide who gets to eat the remaining piece haha. Otherwise portion for food is good.

Pretty pleased with the service so far. Like that the caterer allows us to opt out of spicy food/curries and fish with bones. Some caterers that we have tried does not have this option. Important to us as the food is mainly for my young kids. Taste, ... More variety and portion of food is good, my kids and I are enjoying most of the dishes. One little grouch here is that we havent received any seafood dishes (prawns, squids, shellfish etc) to date, even though we did not opt out. Hope to have seafood on some days. Thanks.

Liking the dishes so far. Am happy with the delivery timing too ~ received the meals at around 5.30pm for 4 days but there was a day where the meal was delivered too early (before 3.30pm). Supposed to have 2 days with soup but not sure why we didnt ... More receive on that 2 days but 4 dishes instead. Pleased that we are able to request for non spicy items and boneless fish as the dishes are mainly ordered for kids. Will be ordering our monthly tingkat from them from now on.
