Food is good, portion is alright. Generally too salty but there was one day the Yong Tau Foo dish was extremely salty.

The food delivery was punctual. Food portion was huge for 2 pax. The dishes taste were quite good the only downside was that the food was a bit oily.

Beein using FDFM catering since last year and they are serve consistently lower-sodium healthy homestyle food.

We ordered the no-setup package. Food arrived on time and there was no spillage, with disposable cutlery, but no tongs or serving spoon provided.
Food in general were rather disappointing especially the curry chicken, sambal baked fish, Luo Han Zai (veg) and the salted egg sotong.
Most guest commented for the sambal baked fish, both the fish and sambal sauce were rather tasteless.The fish didn't seem like they were baked (totally pale in colour) and looked more like steamed and topped with sauce.
One of the most anticipated food was the signature curry chicken. However, the chicken meat had a strange odour, the potatoes tasted raw/undercooked and the curry gravy was underwhelming (a thick layer of oil). More than half of the curry chicken was left and thrown away.
The vegetables in the Luo Han Zai were rather undercooked, and didn't look appetising (refer to the picture). Mostly cabbage and lacked the usual ingredients like beancurd skin and vermicelli. Guests hardly touched the dish.
The batter on the salted egg sotong was soggy and not crispy at all.
The enjoyable food were the dessert, honey sea coconut with longan and the FOC cream puff.
Overall, a big disappointment for us and all the guests. It was an embarrassment for us as host for what was supposed to be a joyous occasion.

I think this is the second time ordering for this tingkat. Generally we are quite satisfied with the dishes. Just that the portion is quite small.

Food was very fresh, love the good variety of dishes. Dishes are tasty and not salty. Delivery was punctual and food was neatly packed.

This is the first time ever we tried on order Tingkat meal. Disappointed as all 5 days chicken dishes is inedible, hard like plastic, bloody smell definitely not fresh frozen drumlet, Honey baked look white like water boiled. Garlic chicken also same like boiled and bloody smell. Totally failed! Myself and my family all cant eat the chicken dishes. I'm curious is it really cooked by a chef with this standard? The fried fish is too hard and fishy not fresh, the chicken nugget so so. The fried pork however is okay. All vegetables also so so only. The rest okay. For the price we paid, We felt not worth it.

Food was delivered quite early, around 3+. So, need to use microwave to heat up. Food not salty or oily.

Have been using FattyDaddyFattyMummy for healthy dinner for elderly at home. Lots of variety, though would like to see more plain veggies, like cabbage and lettuce :) Keep it up!

The Black Pepper Pork ribs were super yummy. The Broccoli with Mixed Mushrooms is very fresh, not overcooked. I am satisfied with the overall food. The chocolate puff is also very delicious. Recommended.
