Some days the food is nice but sometimes the value is not that - eg. a bento set of chicken rice shouldnt cost that much...

sometimes late delivery and it's hard to conact someone to find out status..

Food quality and food portions are very consistent. The food portions for 2 pax is large. Delivery timing is punctual. Good taste and very nice soup. Highly recommended!

Not many fried items so is good. Delivery timing is consistent too. The soup
is good and nourishing.

My kids didn't like the sweet and sour potato and stirred fried pork with leek but they like the soup that was sent daily.

Not too bad but soup kept spilling. The prawn and fish dishes were nice. Some of the meat dishes had a lot of fat so i didn't like it, but that's personal preference.

I was about to renew my 10 days trial to 20 days as the food is acceptable and healthy.
I called the customer service to ask if my food had been delivered since it is 12plus (previously food was delivered around early 10am). [NB: food must be consumed the latest at 1.30pm]. She replied me with an annoyed tone and hung up on me. VERY RUDE! Please improve.

Generally fresh, tasty and true to less oil, less salt, no msg, no preserved food advertising. Only have problem with one type of green veggie that keeps turning sour no matter what time we take the delivery, all other types of veggie not issues. Already feedback to caterer.

Ordered dinner delight plan which includes different variety of carbo (e.g. noodles, kuay teow, rice, etc.) Portion is not consistent and even not filling enough for the family on some days. First tingkat meal that ever resulted my family to be down with diarrhoea. Feedback to FDFM and was told that no issues with their process and other customers, was compensated 1 more meal. Dishes reach my house is always completely cold. Dishes and soup portion are generous and taste good though, but definitely not able to offset my other bad experiences.

Some of the international cuisine meals are really nice. The chinese meals on every tues, thurs, on the other hand, are quite sub-par.. soup quite bland. Value of the some of the meals also not very worth. Some days of the month, the delivery will be late (not usual timing) but they will not inform u.

Ordered for 12 days and 3 times repeated dishes, not much varieties for the price paid. Meat dishes were tough and most of the dishes were dry coz no source. Overall is healthy tingkart with less salt, less oil and no source.
