Very disappointed with their service.
1. At 1.30pm, lunch still not delivered yet. Called the CS and was asked to prepare my own lunch while waiting for my food. Reason of late: change of driver and the new driver dont know the route. Food only ... More arrive 15mins later. I have to discard the veggie.
2. They use the same kitchen as the other catering.
3. Food Always arrive at almost 1pm.

Food always arrived around 12 plus almost 1pm.
Food tastes okay but can be better. For example, the meat can be softer.

A repeated customer. I like the food. Nice and portion is good. Arrival time also within the promised. Keep it up.

I was about to renew my 10 days trial to 20 days as the food is acceptable and healthy.
I called the customer service to ask if my food had been delivered since it is 12plus (previously food was delivered around early 10am). [NB: food must be ... More consumed the latest at 1.30pm]. She replied me with an annoyed tone and hung up on me. VERY RUDE! Please improve.

Delivery was always around 11plus going to 12.
Food is tasty. Soup is nice. Portion is good. Good to try.

Food was good and tasty. Soup is nice too.
In my 10days trial, i have many cabbage days. If can, prefer other green veggies.
Quantity is nice for 1 pax.
Delivery time is consistent at around 11am ++.
Can't give 5 stars cos there was a mishape ... More in their kitchen part (my soup). Im giving them another chance by ordering again.
