This is the first time ever we tried on order Tingkat meal. Disappointed as all 5 days chicken dishes is inedible, hard like plastic, bloody smell definitely not fresh frozen drumlet, Honey baked look white like water boiled. Garlic chicken also same like boiled and bloody smell. Totally failed! Myself and my family all cant eat the chicken dishes. I'm curious is it really cooked by a chef with this standard? The fried fish is too hard and fishy not fresh, the chicken nugget so so. The fried pork however is okay. All vegetables also so so only. The rest okay. For the price we paid, We felt not worth it.

Food and soup are flavourful without msg and processed food. occasional deep fried food. recommend to try.

Prawn is fresh.
Too much fried stuff, will be better if there are more options. Under mini buffet, 2 categories are processed food and tofu are all fried.
Opted for delivery as want food to come later, self collection latest is 4.30pm. But food came at 5.15pm although i put delivery time 6.30pm.

Bad delivery and bad food. Delivery was 1 hr early from the requested serving time, and food arrived cold. I had to heat up the food for my guests. Portion size is also very little. Each platter is meant to serve 5-6, but portion can only serve 3-4. I ordered 2 platters for a party of 10 pax - and ended up having to order in 3 additional pizzas.

The food amount was too litter as compare to previous caterer, only thing is there is FISH provided.

Food is healthy. Not too oily and salty. The pork ribs and chicken are like frozen. Very hard to bite. A couple of dishes repeat. From the price, we expect better dishes but not to our expectations.

Use to have pork rib in soup. Now dun give unless stated in the menu. The dishes are not salty and less oily. Very suitable.

Have ordered multiple times from fatty daddy fatty mummy, came back to order for dinner after awhile of not ordering. Reliable tingkat service which has helped me strike off one more thing to fret on working days since I don’t have to decide what to cook/ order! Delivery timing is consistent for dinner service, usually received food at around 3pm to 4pm, sometimes 5pm. Food isn’t as nice as the first few times I ordered from them (my personal view), taste is ok.

Food variety is good, but delivery is too early for my location - Bukit Panjang area. My dinner tingkat is served at 2:30pm.

Last 10 days with this caterer was really bad. Had a pork meat dish that smell/taste weird, like the meat wasn't wash properly. My son and I had diarrhea that night. Email the caterer and gotten a nobody else had this problem reply. Totally disappointed and disgusted with the non-nonchalant reply. If a food caterer is not going to take food safety seriously, I definitely wont be patronizing them again. Period.
