Repeat order with Stamford Catering for the consistent food quality and prompt delivery. My guests loved the food and Stamford as upped their game with their mini catering by introducing self heating trays.

Bad delivery and bad food. Delivery was 1 hr early from the requested serving time, and food arrived cold. I had to heat up the food for my guests. Portion size is also very little. Each platter is meant to serve 5-6, but portion can only serve 3-4. ... More I ordered 2 platters for a party of 10 pax - and ended up having to order in 3 additional pizzas.

Food was delivered on time and the delivery person was extremely friendly and helpful - bringing my orders into my living room area. Food portions are good for 10 pax and tasty. I have ordered from 3 different caterers this Christmas and this ... More caterer is the best of the 3. Even the log cake was delicious. Highly recommended.

Delivery was on time, and food presentation is very good. Portion size can easily feed 18-20 pax. Each dish is pretty decent with the exception of the lamb ragout which was very tough (prob overcooked).

Have ordered twice from Gim Tim, and both times are equally good.

Each dish is well executed and fried fish is still crispy upon serving. Special call out to the Sichuan hot and sour soup as it's balanced and has lots of ingredients (like ... More shrimp, tofu and pork bits).

Cake was a good size for 1kg, with decent decorations. However, the cream layer was too sweet. I wished the sweetness can be cut by more than half.

A good mix of food. Loved the mix of grilled sausages, breaded chicken and the Bouillon Poached Seafood Mélange that had crawfish, prawns, clams and mussels. Good portion size as well.

However, the log cake (although it came with the set) could ... More be better as the sponge and cream was not that good.

Food was delivered on time and taste is really good for catering. Broccoli was not overcooked and still the perfect crunch. My guests loved it the most. Portion size is just right with very minimal wastage.

Food was excellent, one of the best caterings I have tried in a long while. Almost every dish was good and my guests loved them. The only complaint I have is on the late delivery (was 1hr late). I have 10 hungry guests, and all calls to Gim Tim were ... More not answered - I was on the verge of calling Food Panda / Deliveroo.
