The vegetable dishes are almost always undercooked (3-4 days of the 5 days). The cabbage in this picture is actually still crunchy! I like vegetables, but these are inedible most of the time.

Not sure what time the food is prepared but the one time where there was a tofu dish, the tofu was already quite sour when i had my dinner at 6.40pm.

The only consolation is that the meat and egg dishes are really quite yummy, and my requests for no chilli and no fish with bones are always honoured.

This is my first time ordering from FattyDaddyFattyMummy.
Surprisingly, the food that I have ordered from the classic mini buffet menu at SGD13.90 all taste very good! The food menu are indeed to be valued for money. Honestly, I have never encountered all the dishes to be equally tasty given from one caterer. At my point of view, usually there will be one or two dishes from the menu which may not be up to a standard given from a caterer but in this case, FattyDaddyFattyMummy did not disappoint me with all the dishes. To add on, I have also specially requested for less oil and less salt. I will definitely recommend this caterer to my friends and relatives. Well done, FattyDaddyFattyMummy!

Good food!

This is my second time ordering. The food quanlity is not as good as the first time.

Fresh food and generous portion.

Overall ok. but sometimes may come late and hence vegetables are not very fresh.

This is our second time ordering from them. The food quanlity still stands. My friends quite like the food and asked me for the name of catering company.

Just saw FL editor's review of FDFM's as best caterer. If it's objective, then obviously FDFM have not put in as much effort into their Tingkat menu as they did in their catering menu.
I have tried out 5 tingkat caterers in 30 months of Mon-Fri dinner orders. I would without a doubt put FDFM at the bottom-most in terms of tingkat menu variety and taste.
Their Tingkat kitchen is absolutely the least imaginative in terms of food variety and almost everyday the vegetables will be boiled leafy greens with some white or black fungus thrown in for color. Bland and tasteless.
And to add salt to wound, except for those special 2 days a month menu, they would more frequently than others offer fried items of frozen ready to eat items you'd find from a supermarket. (Photos included).
Perhaps their focus is on their catering biz but I certainly hope they would treat their tingkat customers just a little bit better.

Can taste the home cook feel from the food. Better than other ting kat provider I’ve tried.
