Just saw FL editor's review of FDFM's as best caterer. If it's objective, then obviously FDFM have not put in as much effort into their Tingkat menu as they did in their catering menu.
I have tried out 5 tingkat caterers in 30 months of Mon-Fri ... More dinner orders. I would without a doubt put FDFM at the bottom-most in terms of tingkat menu variety and taste.
Their Tingkat kitchen is absolutely the least imaginative in terms of food variety and almost everyday the vegetables will be boiled leafy greens with some white or black fungus thrown in for color. Bland and tasteless.
And to add salt to wound, except for those special 2 days a month menu, they would more frequently than others offer fried items of frozen ready to eat items you'd find from a supermarket. (Photos included).
Perhaps their focus is on their catering biz but I certainly hope they would treat their tingkat customers just a little bit better.
