Good service, tasty food
Food is generally ok, one of the best caterers that we have tried. Customer service is also very prompt when we provide feedback or need to make special arrangements. Prices have gone up considerably since we first started though.
Well portioned 9items mini buffet for 10pax.
Nonya Chicken Curry, Cereal Prawn, Sweet n Sour Fish are the best.
Salted Egg Pork and Tempura Prawn are too hard.
Mee Siam' taste could be better.

Average taste
I was expecting more as i read so many good reviews about it. Taste was okay.
Quite a good try from FDFM
1st time trying out FDFM catering, overall quite a good experience from ordering, delivery, food & collection.
almost every dish were pretty good esp. the crispy chicken & kampong pork ribs which were well liked by the guests.
however 1 of the dish was a disappointment- the ngoh hiang taste like some low quality mass produced bites, and some were even overcooked...
one suggestion to the team is that the disposable cutlery could be provided with some spares, as the provided bowls, plates & serviettes were just sufficient for 1 serving, which usually other caterers would have provided around 20% extras.

Tasty and nice variety
Very filling and tasty. Good proportions for 10pax and still have leftovers.

Food taste - Some good, some average.
Vegetables are "Seasonal Green" in the menu throughout the month. So you don't know what you are getting. But you will after about 3 days, because you'll realise that it's only those few varieties.
Overall it's pretty good, but not the best that we've tried on Foodline.
