We wanted to order an alternate menu as our usual was ok but after quite a while we were craving some variation.
Food was ok initially but less quantity for the amount paid vs a couple of other caterers. Quality of the food was under average- ... Moresaltier than expected, no canned food but so often late that there were off-odours in the food at presentation.
Soups were mostly simple veggie with no protein in them and somehow made us thirsty when drank.
Delivery was very often on the end of the valid time for the food( stated from 3-7pm) and when there were issues, we were given substitute dishes/meals.
There were at least 5 times that we experienced off- odours in the food that we considered unsafe for us to give to our toddler for dinner. Because of this, not going to order from them again. Show less

For our soups, we would like to clarify that not every soup is designed as a protein soup. Our menus include a variety of traditional home-style soups, and the ingredients are listed in advance on the published menu for customers to review before subscribing.
On portion size, our meals are prepared based on the serving portions stated for each package. While different caterers may have different portion standards, we always strive to provide a balanced meal with fresh ingredients and no canned food.
Regarding delivery timing, our stated delivery window is between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Deliveries made within this time frame are considered on schedule. On the rare occasions when unforeseen circumstances affected operations, substitute dishes were provided to ensure customers still received a complete meal.
We are, however, particularly concerned by your comments about off-odours. Food safety is something we take extremely seriously. If there had been any issue with the food upon delivery, we would have appreciated being informed immediately so our team could investigate, arrange a replacement where appropriate, and identify the cause. Without timely feedback, it is unfortunately not possible for us to verify or rectify the situation.

1. Delivery time is relatively early, around 3.15pm thus might not be ideal for going school children even those studying in primary schools. By the time my children are back home and showered, the tingkat would have become lunch, instead of ... Moreintended for dinner. I mean usually it would be too early to have dinner around 3plus. I understand they wanted to avoid traffic conjestion but this is way too early.
2. If not for the first reason mentioned, generally the tingkat dishes are delicious and fresh ingredients are used. We did not taste MSG and some days certain the dish considering blend for us. However, I find it okay cause eating tingkat food is a healthier choice meal that I opt for as compared to eating outside food too frequently.
3. Taste of the dishes surpass scoring of 7/10 for most days during the 5-day trial period between 7 Apr to 13 Apr. Soup are acceptable but as we have leftover one container of soup every day so for the upcoming 10-day renewal I have skipped soup and swopped to 4-dish instead.
I am still looking forward to FattyDaddyFattyMummy next 10-days tingkat dishes for us. Only hope they could cook abit later and aim to deliver around 4pm would be great.

First time trying out this tingkat.. honestly felt that food amount is quite little, so had to add on more dishes myself . Otherwise taste wise is not too bad !
Last time order was 7 years ago with regular tingkat. Now they have specific kind of food so I'm trying their Delightful Menu. So far so good. The taste is still nice. Only 1 thing that I don't really like.. their chicken dishes. They cut into small ... Moresize then when I ate them, felt like bitten small bone that mixed up with the sauce in my mouth when I ate them. Hopefully they can proper clean the chicken after they cut into pieces. Show less
Delivered on time with good quality ingredients used. Overall satisfied with the purchase, particularly given the healthier food compared to other caterers.
