Food was good. Been ordering for the past year. Always on time. Reasonable pricing and portion. Will order again.

On time delivery. Food was ok not too oily or salty. Generally is suitable for family. Their response is quite fast and good.

Dishes generally taste good, so far, this is 1 of the best tingkat caterers. Will be good if we can have better variety of soups e.g. white pepper pig stomach. Also, soups don't seem to follow menu as we always get soups that are different from menu

The food tastes good in general Our family always looks forward to dinner time . We liked the salted egg chicken as well as the mackerel fish cooked in soya bean sauce the most. These two dishes were very delicious.

Renew this catering number of times. Delivery time is constant. Taste healthy and not too salty. Highly recommended.

Food portion is just nice for the family, elderly love the dishes. More pork dishes compare to other caterers.

Decent dishes. Hopefully the tofu dish and fried stuff could be less frequent. Nonetheless, the soup is good.

The food is ok, quite salty overall. Ok to give this caterer a try to change Tingkat menu once a while. The food arrived at 9.30am to 10am. Quite early for lunch. Have to keep the food in fridge for late lunch.

Disappointed with their service as they missed 1 day delivery which they had agreed earlier to our specific request via phone and message. Waited till 7pm plus that day and after numerous calls chasing, eventually were told no delivery. They were not apologetic and no response with follow-up (msg) at all towards our feedback via WhatsApp.
Best part is when days later to confirm last day tingkat service as no more confidence in them, they included the day of no show delivery... Zzzz
Considered myself lucky to check with them otherwise on last day of tingkat which we thought will turn out no show again....
