Fong Fu Food Catering

Food turned average from the first time I ordered. The vegetables had bugs in them, pumpkin not skinned properly, pig skin had hair on it, soup was very diluted though the portion was huge. Some creations of their dishes were rather weird too. Like fried battered fish with curry. It's like they were trying to experiment with food.
Somehow, each time after eating, my whole family feels very gassy. Which was not the case when we tried other tingkats.
Service team was not reachable after 4pm so if anything goes wrong with your dinner tingkat, there is no "service provided" till noon the next day. Most of deliveries came after 6pm which is acceptable.

The dishes like chicken in a day got 2kind like fried chicken then gravy sauce with chicken cubes & peanuts. The Dishes & Vege in a week Vege dish quitr salty most of the times.

Food delivery was sometimes too early, my dinner arrived around lunch time. Text the PIC but no response, nothing. Food was so so, will not be ordering from this caterer again.

This time round, my mother said the food quality has dropped. Hopefully, can improve the dishes served. Ordered 3 dishes with 1 soup. Soup ingredients are very little. Also, the delivery man came so early, afew hours before our dinner time. The food has turned very cold and we always have to heat them up.

The soup taste like plain water . Will not carry on with this vendor. The food is kind of light more suitable for elder ppl I guess as there is no much favour

Due to repeated like white & red carrots same in a week dish or 2 Vege dish is not value for $ most of the times.

Quantity of meats not consistent. Sometimes alot sometimes little. Would prefer some consistency. Chicken based soups alot of floating chicken skin.

The food is home cooked food..acceptable..however I feel only the last 3 days of the order are especially tasty and nice.. there is very little gravy..we appreciate more gravy to go with our rice or porridge. I called office to ask delivery to take my tingkat twice and yet was not carried out though promised by office staff. Seems the delivery guy didn't receive instructions or ignore..always rushing always like afraid of being seen..

Food portion little for 2 pax. On one day 3 dishes of veg was sent, but they did service recovery once i reflected up and replaced an additional day.

The food delivered was pretty much run-of-the-mill. Taste-wise it was ok. My only challenge with this caterer is that the food came 3 hours plus before the stated time. so we had to microwave the food, which is something I was not too comfortable with.
